IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Due to given COVID-19 restrictions, up to 30% of our rooms are able to occupy unvaccinated guests, whereas vaccinated guests must have proof of their vaccination. We accept the following:
– EU Digital Covid Certificate
– Certificate of Vaccinations
– recent COVID-19 test
Please inform us how many guests have been vaccinated before your stay.

  1. Check in is possible from 15:00 and check out time is till 11:00.
  2. Check in after 21:00 is possible after contact with the reception and if the accommodation is paid.
  3. Hostel is strict non smoking area. Fee for smoking in the hostel: 1000PLN.
  4. We kindly ask our guests to lock all doors.
  5. Our client’s visitors can stay in a property until 20:00.
  6. Payment for accommodation is made during check in by card or in cash in PLN. We do not accept EURO.
  7. Accommodation payments are not refundable.
  8. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card – in the presence of the customer or without the presence of the customer.
  9. To make card payment possible without the client’s presence, in our hostel we make:
    1. Pre-authorization – we temporarily block money on the customer’s account or credit card to secure future payment for the booking fee. This service confirms that the client has the money to pay the liability.
    2. Pre-authorization completion – we charge the amount blocked during the pre-authorization transaction from the customer’s account or card. We perform the filling only once for the amount lower or equal to the pre-authorization amount.
    3. Sales without physical use of a payment card (distance transaction Mail Order / Telephone Order) The customer pays for his stay by providing his data by phone or e-mail. Thanks to this, we can perform the debit payment transaction on the payment terminal, using the data provided by the customer. The customer provides the following data:
      1. name and surname on the payment card,
      2. payment card number,
      3. expiration date,
      4. CVV2 / CVC2 code.
  10. To secure the booking it is necessary to make pre-payment 30% by bank transfer.
  11. Cancellation policy for group bookings (MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE) – by booking, you agree with the cancellation policy. To secure the booking – a 30% deposit must be paid up to 1 month after booking. Free cancellation is possible for 3 months before the group arrival. After 3 months the 30% deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
  12. Pets are welcome in our hostel, however, the owner is responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
  13. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us before 11:00.
  14. The hostel do not have parking spots and is not responsible for cars parked outside the building.
  15. Hostel has right to deny service if guests are under influence of alcohol, drugs or smoke in the hostel. In such situation acommodation payment would not be refundable.
  16. Guests would be charged for any damages they made.
  17. In matters not covered by this Regulation, apply the provisions of the Civil Code.
